Overview
Swipe ("the App") is a card game developed by Ruthless Games. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the App and how it is used.
1. Data We Collect
Swipe does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number. However, the following data is collected automatically through third-party services integrated into the App:
Device information — device model, operating system version, and language settings, collected by Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting.
App usage data — gameplay events and feature usage, collected by Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the App is used and improve the experience.
Advertising identifiers — your device's advertising ID is used by our ad partners to serve ads.
Crash logs — diagnostic data including stack traces and device state at the time of a crash, collected by Firebase Crashlytics.
Purchase history — records of in-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

These services may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data as described in their respective privacy policies.
3. Advertising
Swipe displays optional rewarded video ads through Unity LevelPlay mediation, which may serve ads from Google AdMob and ironSource. These ads may use your advertising ID to serve relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads on Android).
4. In-App Purchases
Swipe offers optional in-app purchases for virtual currency (Crystals). All purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information directly.
5. Data Storage and Sharing
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or servers that store your personal data. Data collected by the third-party services listed above is transmitted to and stored by those providers according to their own policies. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Children's Privacy
Swipe is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
7. Your Rights
You may:
Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization via your device settings.
Uninstall the App to stop all data collection.
Contact us to request information about data collected or to request deletion.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and posted in the App's store listing.
