Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by Ruthless Games ("we," "us," or "our") including but not limited to Swipe and Circuit Empire. By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Data We Collect
None of our apps require you to create an account. However, some apps offer optional sign-in through Google or Apple. If you choose to sign in, we receive your display name, email address, and profile photo from the sign-in provider.
The following data may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into our apps:
• Device information — device model, OS version, and language settings (Firebase Crashlytics)
• App usage data — gameplay events and feature usage (Firebase Analytics)
• Advertising identifiers — your device's advertising ID, used by ad partners where ads are shown
• Crash logs — diagnostic data including stack traces (Firebase Crashlytics)
• Purchase history — in-app purchase records processed by Google Play or Apple App Store
Not all of these data types are collected in every app. Only the services relevant to each specific app are active.
2. Consent
On first launch, our apps request your consent before enabling analytics, crash reporting, and personalized advertising. If you decline, these services are not activated and no usage data or advertising identifiers are collected. You can change your consent preference at any time in the app's settings.
3. Third-Party Services
Our apps may use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
• Firebase Authentication (Google) - optional sign-in
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google) - usage analytics and crash reporting
• Cloud Functions for Firebase (Google) - server-side purchase validation
• Unity LevelPlay / ironSource - ad mediation
• Google AdMob - ad serving (via LevelPlay mediation)
• Google Play Games Services - achievements and leaderboards (Android)
• Google Play Billing - in-app purchases (Android)
• Apple App Store / StoreKit - in-app purchases (iOS)
These services may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data as described in their respective policies. We do not control how these third parties collect or use your data beyond what is necessary to provide their services.
4. Advertising
Some of our apps display ads through Unity LevelPlay mediation, which may serve ads from Google AdMob and ironSource. These ads may use your device's advertising ID to serve relevant content. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads
• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
Some apps offer an ad-free experience through an in-app purchase.
5. In-App Purchases
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases for virtual goods or premium content. All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information directly. Purchase records are validated and stored securely on our servers to prevent fraud and to support purchase restoration.
6. Data Storage and Sharing
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Google or Apple, your account information and purchase records are stored securely on Firebase servers operated by Google. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data collected by third-party services is stored and managed by those providers according to their own policies.
7. Children's Privacy
Our apps are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through one of our apps, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

You may:
Withdraw consent for analytics and advertising at any time through the app's settings
Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization through your device settings
Sign out of your account at any time to stop account-related data collection
Uninstall any of our apps to stop all data collection by that app
Contact us to request information about data collected or to request its deletion
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
